Diffuser Care:
Wash the existing bottle thoroughly with soapy water & allow to dry.
- Shake refill bottle & pour into existing diffuser bottle (decant into a jug or use a funnel to avoid spills)
- Unwrap reeds and place in the diffuser bottle.

4. Uncollected Parcels:
If a parcel is not collected from the post office or delivery service and is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

If your package is returned, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. You will be invoiced for the additional shipping cost, and the parcel will not be resent until payment is received.
6. No Refund for Returned Items:
