Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-4 business days to be processed.
After an order is processed, you will receive an email notification with the dispatch notification and a tracking number.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please refer to each item's description for estimated delivery times.

If your order has not been shipped, we can assist you in correcting the shipping address. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. However, if the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverables addresses provided by the customer.

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy after you receive your order (exceptions may apply- check each item's description). To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. The free gifts included in your order must also be returned in the same condition. Please send a message to initiate your return request.
*Sculptural candles, diffusers, custom label candles, custom colored trays and items on sale are not returnable.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and confirm that your order is eligible for return, you will be automatically refunded in the same payment method you used at checkout. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.

In such cases, we advise checking a secondary location, such as a mail room, community mailbox, front desk, neighbor or safe drop location. If the package is still not found, contact us immediately.
Please note that we do not issue replacements or refunds for items marked as "delivered" by postal services or unclaimed due to unpaid customs. To qualify for an insurance claim for lost packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service. Contact us within 15 days from the date the package was marked as "delivered" by your postal service.

Sculptural candles are unique and artistic candles that go beyond traditional shapes like pillars or tapers. They are handcrafted to resemble various objects, animals, or artistic designs, adding a touch of creativity and elegance to your space.

Materials: Our sculptural candles are made using high-quality soy wax, cruelty free fragrance oils, lead and zinc free cotton wicks, as well as safe and non-toxic colors. We prioritize sustainability and environmentally-friendly practices in our production process.

Our decorative candles are designed for decorative use, but if you choose to light them up, please be aware that the burn time may vary due to the irregular shapes and sizes of our designs. As the flame interacts with the unique contours of the sculptural candles, the burn may be more hallow compared to traditional jar candles. Unlike jar candles, Sculptural Candles are not housed. This means depending on the design, some candles will drip creating a dramatic, yet beautiful wax drip effect. Place Candles on a heat proof, leveled surface to catch the wax. Most Pillar Candles will burn whilst remaining intact, however will eventually drip. Sculptural Candles should not be burned down the bottom, leave a 5mm-10mm outer shell.

All our pieces come wrapped in tissue paper, they are secured in biodegradable packaging peanuts and cardboard boxes.
If your order is marked as gift, we will add a ribbon and a card to write your gift message ( or we can write it for you).

All our sculptural candles are customizable - you and choose the color and scent that best suits you.
